Secretary for Information & Public Relations
- a) Shall be the Society’s spokesperson
- b) Responsible for advertising and marketing, public promotion of the Society, its events and official
- c) functions
- d) Responsible for the upkeep of all NASE online media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and others).
- e) Responsible for the upkeep of the Society website, using the means provided by the Executive Board – including regularly updating the website with posters, news, photos of events and other relevant content
- f) Responsible for issuing of press releases, publications and for arranging press conferences as may be directed by the Executive Board or the President of NASE
- g) Responsible for the printing and distribution of t-shirts, brochures, posters and other promotional items
- h) He or She shall be elected by secret ballot for a three-year term of office at the Convention and shall be eligible for re-election once
- i) He or she may be removed from office by resolution of the Executive Board supported by at least two-third majority of the Board members
- j) No member shall be eligible for election to the Secretary for Information & Public Relations unless he or she meets the requirements of Section 4.3 (7) of Article 4 of this Constitution
Administrative Secretary
- a) Assist the Secretary General and Vice Secretary General to carry out their tasks
- b) He or she shall be appointed by the Executive Board
